Everything was perfect. Even with corona restrictions. The staff are friendly, polite, attentive and really helpful. I had an ongoing problem trying to find correct wall bolts to fix an awning. They called the technical helpline and we needed to order the correct parts. Super efficient and nothing was too much trouble to help.
